- Why does everyone suddenly have a ton of hope for EG?
- EMEA is incredible 10/10 pickem ong
- Wayyyyyyy too much hope for TLN and NRF
EG has the best coach + an experienced, strong core, a happy el diablo and the up-and-coming icy who took your team from mid asf to title contenders

Oh okay, on vlr.gg their roster still incomplete, and G2 not my team lol I don't have a favorite team, I just change my flair to who I think will win the next AMER vct tournament (unless its an international) and god I hope they make it where u can have multiple flairs, anyhow yea that makes sense, didn't know abt the coach thing, I get their experienced but I just didn't have them goin too far

eg now has a core with some experience and added 2 players with a lot to prove, i also think this format helps potter have the most impact as a coach
and nongshim i think will surprise a lot of people they are genuinely really good and with talon you cant read into their off season really at all thats just how frost runs his team its not an accurate representation of where they are and that team has a lot of comps ready to go which i think helps in this format

EG are set to sign yay and icy for 2025
icy was inconsistent in 2024 but when he was good he fried
yay was undoubtedly the best player of 2022 and his teams in 2023 and 2024, as well as roles, and probably some of his own personal issues screwed him over. but he's on a team where he's chill with his teammates and in a better place mentally - and he's on the right role finally.
as for potter, she won champs with EG in 2023, making probably the best team system ever created in this game - four nobodies and ethan to the best team in the world.
and the current core - derrek, supamen, nature - is not that bad either. derrek and supamen pretty frequently have good games and both of them have a lot of experience. supamen could be top 3 controllers in americas this season. nature used to be pretty mid but now his calling has improved a lot and he's one of the best vyse players out there.
so EG has insane potential
