Its not for tier 2 is what I am trying to say, they are only doing this for the partnered teams, quite possibly one of the only good decisions that could have helped in stabilizing the tier 2 scene and bringing back the orgs that have simply stopped their Riot games esports operations. I simply don't see how viewership can back up the financial status of tier 2.
