Why do you think this is the case that so many players have to be made into igls instead of having dedicated ones even if t1 orgs weren't so stubborn with their igls where have the dedicated igls gone

because nobody wants to be FNS/saadhak, ppl instead wants to be like aspas, demon1, derke etc... just like in football nobody wants to be like the keeper, attackers/midfielders are often seen as an example, those are undervalued roles, the youngsters from val don't like it and the old cs players can't compete anymore.

Because there just aren't many dedicated IGLs out there. you can develop your own IGLs such as what FAV AC did fukuken and Zeta AC with Lefiedot, but that takes time and the process isnt pretty either. So you are probably left with assigning someone on the team who's most suited igling even though he really isn't suited to be.
