neon doesn't deserve a nerf. in ranked she wasn't horrible unless Ur against a no lifer, and she barely got her time in the meta for basically champs ONLY. nerfing her to the point where she's basically worse than herself prenerf, with accuracy being worse somehow and her situational ult being shorter, she's basically cooked in proplay and in ranked.
PINGS getting nerfed is so stupid to me. sure I hate getting postplant spam but it is a core part of Val that makes it different so that's just one more unique element going away. pings not going thru smoke is just kinda dumb but I don't rlly HV an opinion on it

snowconedeity [#2]people don’t realize how bad the ping change is, like no more smoking bomb ever unless you’re super confident, mfs gonna be sticking spikes and ninja defusing SO MUCH
it also affects many lineups, sova ult to prevent defuse etc.
on ascent post plant would be site only as one omen smoke can ruin things.
