riot dont let any organizers hold a tourney of one of their games without permit + it doesnt has to be vct if a team fucking crypto throw should be banned anyway cuz it gives bad example and encourage this behavior to happen even in official tournaments , valve banned players from competing and they were t2 hold by small organizers
