when is the neon nerf?

i'm on my hands and knees riot please this game is unplayable

Nah, Neon is only good in pro play with a lot of communication, just like Azir from LoL. These two are alright in ranked games. Dont need to nerf or buff.

honestly in ranked games I've hoped for it
normally I'm somewhat against over-nerfing agents but in this case I'll make an exception out of the fear of them under-nerfing her

i think her pre buff state was just fine. i wouldn't be opposed to nerfing her back to what she once was.
