Bhailog ek question ..... tumlog kabhibhi hindi me kiu nhi baat karte is site pe like mene dekha hai brazillian ko protugese me baat karte huye turkey ko turkish me baat karte hue par kabhibhi tumlog ko hindi me baat karte hua nhi dekha esa kiu ...... Just curious

i dont understand hindi but i guess youre asking why indians dont make posts in hindi. its because india is not a monolingual country like turkey and brazil.

well as a indian myself ik but almost 70-80% of indians know and understand hindi but i have never seen them reply or talk in hindi so i was just curious about it that's .... like personally i am bengali but i understand and can write hindi

Well id suppose its due to the high english literacy in india. English literacy in turkey and brazil is quite (according to some google search) while in india its way higher

It's probably because if you respond or post in hindi you will only get responses from people who can speak/write in hindi, which would limit the discussion and remove the chance for more people to add to the conversation.

that's true but also(no hate towards my indian brothers) Gen Zs of Indians like to talk in English more than in native language especially in a community whether it be offline or online

what is your source for this 70-80%? the dude is right,
