We need a new duelist

On Diddy, the last time they released a duelist, it was Iso and I can probably name 3 teams in tier 1 who actually use the agent. We need a duelist.
Jett has been abandoned to an extent where mfers would rather use Yoru than Jett
Raze gets nerfed every patch
Neon's legs will be taken in 9.11
Yoru is broken but no one uses him regardless
We need a good balanced duelist who can compete with Neon, Jett and Raze

We need old raze satchels back
