Low bait, but I'll give you the honesty you don't care about so others can read it: EMEA has 3 slots because the region has multiple invested orgs into GC compared to NA who have 3 orgs and the rest are pick-ups. Brazil definitely deserves another slot, but it's in Riot's best interest to ensure actual orgs have a chance to play on stage and keep them invested. That's why EMEA has more slots.
