Highest placing team in a region should be forced into the tier 2 circuit for a year after winning.
Very likely the team will be relegated and go back to GC, but then they can bring the stuff they learned in tier 2 to GC and help GC actually become a respectable league.
After a couple of years, there will be multiple teams in GC that have tier 2 experience and it will help IGLs and coaches develop the players in an unimaginably better way.
Of course, tier 2 itself needs to be sustainable for this.

Every GC team that manage to go in T2 should have a guarantee place in GCC so T2 would become a real motivation (And they wouldnt have to bother with GGC circuit)

There's always people who would hate it anyway. But i honestly think most people will be pretty excited to watch them play on T2. TLBR and LOUD GC are pretty beloved by the community

T2 isn't some make a wish mickey mouse league. GC teams should get good enough to get into T2 on their own merit instead of having Riot gift them a spot because they're too dogshit to qualify through open quals like everyone else.

It literally isn't....? It's extremely underfunded sure but you have to actually earn your spot to get into T2.
