Keep oxy and throw the rest of them out, pick up skuba to play smokes , bcj as info initiator+ gekko+ Skye, Mitch can play flash initiator , moose can play senti + viper+ learn a controller, and either Mitch or moose can igl, crashies could also be a decent initiator but his this year hasn't been good in comparison to bcj

BCJ isnt good. He should not play for a Tier 1 team
Skuba has talent and will find himself in a tier 1 team in a couple of years but comparing his stats with V1C, V1C is the better choice
I agree with Mitch, he was the fragging IGL of tier 2 NA valorant this year and deserves a tier 1 spot
Crashies would have been a good pick he has LAN experience and one year doesnt define a players career but Rossy is the better player + he can IGL or be Secondary Caller
