ranked help

as you can see, my return to Valorant as a duelist has been atrocious to say the least. since im terrible and neon and shes getting nerfed soon, i dont see any value in learning her. any tips on who i should run on each map based on what i've done in the past?

I suggest playing better games like RDR2, terreria modded, or Elden ring, bloodborne

On a real note, play agents you can bait on or trade teammates with like sentinel or initator. Duelist can be good, but you will be better off trading teammates than relying on teammates to trade you

Play at least two DMs per day.
Focus on improving rather than winning, work on crosshair placement and peeking.

Warm up for 10 minutes on the range before playing ranked.

Do this for one month, and you can reach Plat. Aim training is also recommended.

you want to get better at the game in terms of game sense? learn breach/kayo/skye

want to get better at mechanics and aim? lock chamber every game

your hs% seems fine for your rank, so i wouldn't be too worried about aim. i think you should focus on gamesense, ability usage, and trading.

The best kind of duelist is the kind that plays initiator

you're playing the wrong agents
lock reyna until you hit plat
then start playing self sufficient, useful, and somewhat easy agents like phoenix, skye, gekko, omen, clove, kj, chamber
and i'm not saying to play all of them
only play one or two, preferably in similar roles
the higher ranks you go the more agents you should learn
the lower rank you are you should only focus on 1/2 agents

It's boring but spam DM to improve your mechanics
that's my advice for anyone under plat tbh, I've found that if your mechanics are good you could be doing literally everything else wrong but if you just play enough you'll rank up

bro you are in silver. literally play whatever you want it does not matter. Agent is not the problem at low ranks. If you have good mechanics, you should be at least high gold or plat with ease. Focus on cs placement, wide swings, etc.
