Only GC player that can manage in t1, she won't be top player but she will be in the middle or at the very least be "good enough" for t1. Will do better than even florescent in t1

these are the kind of players that will do alright for one or two years at max and then will get swapped out for a promising young T2 talent, because everyone actually wants to win

Bob have already proven it . Florescent could do good but I am not that sure . Because only raw mechanics doesn't makes a duelist good . The subtle decisions can make all the difference and utility usage & coordination is in tier 2 and 1 is bonkers . You can have best aim in the game and still be slapped in face by utility , better position and game sense .

Multiple top GC teams have played against mid tier 2 teams and everytime lose with insane scores like 13-4
