cuz vlr is predominantly a bunch of teenage boys who don’t understand the impact of their words. not to mention most of the world is still a bit behind in regards to accepting marginalized genders unfortunately. i guarantee if these people knew a trans person in their real life they wouldn’t act like this

There is no biological advantage tho it is just that cis men dominate esports and other groups need time to catch up. GC is making catch up easier.
