Because players get to choose/change their vlr flags but dont mean they arent american therefore not imports. vlr flag is different from actual riot region representation

they're American of asian descent

They can change flags for ethnicity, doesn't mean their nationality changes

Both are NA, dodonut have been competing in NA since 2021 and VLR opted to choose sonder's flag as CN per wishes, she's still considered NA
