Way of improvement for GC teams

In my opinion, they should scrim more against Tier 2 or tier 1 teams and try to get into Challengers. Even if they lose, even if they don't get results immediately, I think they should. It is a good way of improvement. They should also get real coaches because istg, half of these coaches are friends of these players and got in by fluke. GC has a huge strat problem.

I dunno
They 100% should because it'll be a night and day difference with Tier 1 teams
Tier 2, it'll be an easier learning curve

The GC teams looking to improve 100% scrim T2 teams

I meant in general
Like Shopify Rebellion is the best GC team, ofcourse they would
I doubt the average or even mid table GC team does tho

From the gc perspective, it would improve them a lot

but it's true tho it might not be the main reason i understand that but it's actually true GC got more money as they get more endorsements from different companies which the challenger teams don't

A good GC team on merit already gets to scrim against their local T1 and T2 teams. But the mid ones currently rely on some sort of charity scrim from their local top teams which is not readily happening and even if sometimes they do but that's not enough.
For consideration even most good T2 teams practice 9 hrs a day with atleast 2 scrims secured against top T1 and T2 teams evryday.
Compare that to what GC teams get for some it gets even worse than T3 teams who sometimes get more scrims against T2 teams

That's what I am saying
If it goes on like this, the difference between the top and the bottom will only continue to grow

They don't scrim against NRG since it would have to be beneficial for both parties. No point in NRG wasting precious scrim time.

That's only the top 8 GC teams
Rest regional, they get as much money as tier 2 Challengers as far as I know
GC Champions is like their own version of Champions
This is it for them, the only big tournament for them
Your average GC team doesn't probably even get paid like that because they come from open qualifiers

we can't force teams right if they don't see value in it . For instance if a team wants to practice a particular execute but they scrim against a team which loses on aim to them everytime no matter if execute happened properly or if that execute/setplay is actually garbage then you can't really scrim against such team.
Some teams would then prefer sitting in custom and practicing it amongst their own teammates to this
