There is no solution
You are not bad
You are just a victim of solo queing I suppose

learn an agent with more team util , and such util that u can take controll over a area very well, IK its fun to entry frag but map control is most important aspect of the game , watch coaches like sliggy , mini review games it will improve ur gamesense dont skip aimlabs , and maybe sometimes pull out unexpected plays

It seems like the only agent you are great at in ranked is iso, likely meaning that you overheat quite a bit, which is fine on Iso, but on people like Omen, its not great. I also am pretty sure this is the case based on how many deaths you average per game. Your aim is good, but your teammates may not be, so getting yours and playing numbers (to win the round) might be better than pushing for a second and thinking that only you can win every round by killing 5. This should help you at least up your round win percentages, but may not be as flashy. However, there is no way for me to actually know this without seeing how you actually play, but its probably either overheat, or baiting teammates.

i understand what you mean but im gonna be straight up if you have good mechanics you can climb out of silver extremely fast, i would recommend a warm up routine so you can have more consistency in your games and if you can find another player to duo with that will also limit the variables in your game. play whatever is comfortable to you but i recommend at low ranks playing a bit of everything just so you understand the roles and get a feel for what your playstyle is (if you feel like your able to aim diff 90% of your rank just lock jett or clove). that should honestly be all you need to get out of silver with a bit of time. going forward though like once your in gold/plat your gonna want to learn how to play deliberately that means pressing tab to look at ults making sure your team is aware of them, that means looking at your mini map and making sure your aware of what your team is doing and how you can help, etc. also try your best not to throw rounds bc it hurts your mmr which makes you gain less. theres a lot more i could say but this should at least get you to plat but if you want to go beyond that i would recommend watching pro games and analyzing what they are doing and why they are doing it someone like sliggy will help you a lot with what you should be paying attention to. hope that helps :)

real advise from an Immo:

  • your stats are good! and importantly your winrate is good, so keep getting games in and you will definitely climb.
  • if you're duoing, it's not good for both of you to play duelist. You are consistently getting 3+ duelists on your team every game, which is hurting your team comps. I know that team comps don't matter much in lower elos, but forcing someone to fill smokes/sentinel, when they will very likely be incompetent, will hurt your game overall. If you or your duo plays smokes or sentinel well, your games will be a lot easier, and you can 2v8 much easier.

other than that, just keep playing. It looks like you're climbing already, so just keep it up and you will get out of pisslow

I can heavily relate here, I feel like every game its either my team is much better than the other team or vice versa. Its been a while since ive gotten a truly balanced game. i recommend having a duo or trio to at least have someone to have solid comms with if u get a bunch of no comms. If you are not playing solo queue make sure that not everyone in the party is playing duelist, having good combos with someone on another role help a lot

Duo with a friend and play duelist + initiator, call the smokes you want from your team and then you have almost every aspect of the game at your control.
