Making valo as good as League

In pro league each char can be played by one team only in a single map?
Character selection would be team A chooses first then next team choosing 2 agent simultaneously and so on but no agent should be on both side
will make game100 times more interesting will see new meta everymap.
It will also show how balance agents are?
any suggestions / improvements?
