tbh it depends on trent, man was insane in 2023 ascension then started to decay in 2024. if trent plays up to his best then they are 100% better

You put into words my only concern with G2. They match TH in player quality but have the potential to easily overtake them if Jawgemo and Trent are in their top forms. If not, I could see NRG take their spot as America’s best team.

yeah, trent had some bad moments this year where he really seemed off af but im confident that he´ll be insane this year because everyone on the team will step up because jawgemo aint only a mechanical demon but a hypeman imo

100%, it was awful seeing trent in a slump and being overtaken just like that. i hope he can prove everyone wrong and show as one of the best initiators because he was always an outstanding player and he showed glimmers of hope in the spotlight event but their play style was super different as how they played earlier in 2024

bias aside the only real takeaway from this event for nrg is that they will likely be a top 4 team and won't have massive unfixable issues like last year
