fps drops

after this valo update everytime i alt tab ONCE after opening valorant my fps drops from about 150 to 30 and i have to restart
using ctrl + shift + windows + b is a temporary fix

any other fixes? ive been searching for hours and it's so annoying when i alt tab to spotify that i have to restart...

gsync turns off when i alt tab? so i just turned it off anyways
