I think I did a fairly good job including the roster changes since VIT, TLN, EG, MIBR, GX and NRG would not be in their current places pre-champs

kangkang is a good duelist overall but the reason edg won champs was because the neon buffs along with s1mon's insane util pushed their firepower over the edge. neon back to normal takes away that advantage and they go back to being china's best but not winning internationally - unless something else changes.

EDG are (for me) not winning anything again, don’t get me wrong their champs run was nowhere near a fluke, they are still gonna dominate regionally but at the international level (if !) they can’t reinvent themselves they might just go back to the 5/6th place and if they go against saadhak take a 26-5 again

they already reinvented themselves. Switch igl to a more aggressive and risk taking player, who openly said he likes igl and because being able to outplay the other igl gives him a rush. They finally got that 2nd initiator that they wanted so bad, they even tried moving all over to flash to see if that would work out, but now they have S1Mon to fill that role. They have a player than can flex any tole(smoggy). EDG didn’t just look better when they changed, and it isn’t the fact that they peaked at the right time like people try to argue. They genuinely became the best team itw, after those changes, because they whole system that after set up was finally perfected when S1Mon joined.
