You should consider what this convention was started for. The reason riot games, a for-profit company, is organizing these tournaments is to increase the number of female players and generate more profits.

Majority of the female APAC pro and former pro player pretty much has this "if i speak im in big trouble" mentality where there's no way they can "complaint" or "Speak" without them losing their job/earning and probably getting canceled on social media.

Women are already marginalized in the online games pro scene, adding another marginalized bunch into the GC scene does not improve but only hurt the "Original" marginalized player where they most likely does not want to fight in a tournament where they are guaranteed to "lose".

If the players are complaining about everything Riot is doing for them, for that reason, they are extremely selfish. The voice of a few jealous people doesn't override the hundreds of women who have 0 problem for it and are empathetic of lgbt players. If they really have a problem with that, they can leave GC, because it's clearly not for them; it's supposed to be inclusive.
