before, fns's igling made up for his bad aim, but now there are many players who can both igl well AND have good aim at the same time.
the top teams of this year (edg, geng, th, sen, lev, g2 etc.) all have igl's who can do this.
there are also other teams where all 5 players are cracked (prx and spg for example)

true, prx dont have the same mechanics gap as they used to have against other pacific teams
i agree fns is behind and he needs to do crazy work to keep up but i think people are being too harsh on him
but this meta is easily the least igl heavy meta we have ever seen so fragging igls have a less pressure for calls and imo every single fragging igl this year also had a great or one of the best second callers and the game and honestly SEN,GENG,FNC,LEV basically every single team that did well also had players who were general smart and straight up mid rounders who will switch with main igl so they need less micro calls which is also why this year we saw the highest level of choking and dumb plays and crazy upsets/runs cause lets be real no expected TH/GENG to do remotely well at all and EDG won champs OUT OF NOWHERE with there changes and also the KC rise and insta fall off
i think this marks a shift in val if VIT and other teams w/o clear igls do well it will seal the deal that igls can't slack in fragging and playing making anymore and if prx keep placing/qualing it will prove that you don't even really need a main caller let a alone a igl
imo we haven't seen a singular caller that can (with a even playing field out call fns,boaster,saadhak) legit not a singular igl has broken in to that top 3 in the last idk how long obviously you can name any Grand finalist and say at that time they had the highest level calling in that meta and no can say otherwise because you can't disprove it meaning at that time they were the best callers itw
