He is not the best, but even the best WR or any RB wouldn't be the most impactful just cuz of how the rules are played. they can't do anything on their own without the ball, and the ball is given by the QB and the QB relies on the OL who need to protect the QB. if any of the previous steps go into the shitter, then the impact is 0
