In matches with an AFK person round 1 do you think all 4 people on your team should get -20RR for "being terrible" losing 4v1 pistol although the match is cancelled anyway? Why would they refund you because you didn't lose. You want a dev to stand next to you to see how terrible your opponents are to consider whether and when to cancel the match
Drawed matches are a thing in the game.

I heard vanguard doesn't take action instantly and instead let's them play for a bit so they can gather data and so its harder for cheats to find workarounds. So the ban could be from when they were cheating earlier i think
