aspas leaving isn't confirmed yet, so I'd hold out hope until there's at least a substantiated rumour indicating that he's going somewhere else

he isn't confirmed but why are you bringing in another duelist or jett player when you have Tex who is also known to having played Neon and Raze in the past his roles fit very well with D1

because demon1 was most likely not brought to be a pure duelist. You wouldn't sign him as a duelist in a raze/neon meta. He is most likely brought in as a player that can flex smokes and jett mainly and maybe some other agent.

I mean this is a tradeoff you just have to make with any roster that has great players, you can only have one perma duelist. Demon1 is still gonna have his aim if he moves to primarily smokes. Demon1 has already shown a lot of promise on the smokes role. You don't have to look far to see mechanically talented players doing well on smokes (TenZ)

Also as #6 mentioned, Demon1 is great but I think his style is fundamentally mismatched with Neon and Raze

I do wonder what their roles would be. Demon1's brim and astra are quite decent but can't say about his omen. Is there anyone else apart from him on the roster who plays omen? And let's say for omen maps, he would need to shift to duelist and prolly he's only Jett main, his raze util play is not upto top standards. So I don't understand how will it work out.
