c9 fix?

What roster does C9 need to be competitive?

I think if you make a strong roster with the core of OXY, v1c, and Rossy you can be really good

Imagine aproto and brawk

You could even get an import like Meteor

being realistic with c9, xxif feels like an upgrade to moose but not sure if it will realistically be a game changing upgrade and it's surprising that he hasn't been talked about compared to other players
