Demon1 had to deal with his fiance fighting life threatening bone disease, and then people call him out for being complacent, this is the first year he's actually actively putting in time in ranked to get back to his old form

Marved I can see why he was dropped but, it's just not fair to say demon1 was simply the issue since he wasn't given proper roles to shine in the first place

I blame the coach who put him on raze instead of smokes and sentinel

yeah I agree, I think he's talking about marved, victor and crashies which is what rumours were alluding to previously. afaik from when was streaming he still has respect for demon1, and he blames management for what happened to him. But that's only his side of the story so who knows

NRG had literally no system, no fundamentals

before you can even look at having a new IGL in the core you need a system iin place, protocols etc

theres a reason why FNS works and ethan doesnt, its because theyve played together for years lol

there are several teams across all leagues with new/no igl that play much better valorant than nrg, learn to comprehend
