Regions with the most untapped talent

Personally think there are 2 categories, one is the regions that are just plain under utilized or are still developing, Examples of this would probably be japan, oce and most T2 latam and Brazil

And then there are regions where the sheer quantity and quality of talent is way higher than that of their rival regions, Turkey and Indonesia are the regions that really stick out to me, honestly it suprises me as to why there are more Indonesian but especially more Turkish Players in T1

And then there are regions that aren't underutilized and have no talent like south asia.

But yeah you're right

Korea better talent than indonesia.
