There's a reason for that, actually. When you're a tier 1 team, every game matters for you, and so you stick to what you know is the most sure-fire for you to win (i.e. the meta). When you're a tier 2 team, however, you get a bit more freedom to discover different ideas and try things out because you play so many matches in the year that any one loss doesn't have too big an impact in the long run. As a result, tier 2 teams are much, much more likely to try to innovate and go crazy than tier 1 teams

Yeah I agree which is why I love watching tier 2 and more people should its just so much more interesting to watch with all the non meta comps kinda sucks that riot showed they didn't care much with the terrible production at ascensions
