Regions and Servers

Should the "no more than one import per team" rule apply to the server regions in addition to the VCT regions? By that I mean, should LATAM, BR, and KR be considered their own subregions under this rule?

i mean if you want to instantly kill every single nationalist-centered team except like china, korea, turkey and maybe USA then yeah

Remove BR & LATAM client, all use Americas client. Have a server in Mexico that acts similar to HK server in Asia to serve as middle ping between North and South America.
