There is a chengdu tournament yet to be announced as well, some of the best Asian team will be invited

I don't know why but when I read the tweet I initially misinterpreted it as "14 gender(s) per team" and only got the 14 teams bit two seconds later.

I guess they were waiting for emea GC to be over, they just played grand finals yesterday

and for some reason, BBL doesnt seem to under the term "gender-mixed"

its been getting promotion via the teams that join the tourney
but ye as mentioned above probs because they wanted the focus to be on GC (this is just offseason after all)

tourney will be fun af to watch, some nice rosters

not 100%, but pretty sure all of them will be mixed (teams like G2 might struggle though)
all teams were invited and all the orgs taking part have a GC roster so it would be unusual to have a full GC or a full male roster in there
