what do you guys think about faded being vit’s coach? i see a lot of hype around vitality but people overlook coaching staff a lot. he originally coached tsm on their ascension run and you know how that went

Its a big ? for me that they basically immediately went for him, maybe they saw something in him or he clicked with the players, idk

I know that, but there is plenty of other options and it seemed like they were really set on just going for faded after that fell through.

Yeah could be a reason. Maybe hes good at mediating or very assertive. Or maybe all the players just like him and he linked them together.

no offense to him but after how TSM played in ascension, him ending up coaching 4 TOP 25 players in the world is the definition of failing upwards

goked coaching is terrible but at least that guy can build a great roster with limited resources, should think about transitioning to GM

team results doesnt make the coach bad. babybay has openly spoken about how a lot of the tsm players wouldnt even listen to faded and they needed additional people telling them the same thing just to listen

how do people not realize sayf is literally building the team. every addition is literally being hand picked by sayf look at his twitter. he is igling and picking the pieces he wants around him. why would sayf pick a coach just to not listen lol.
