There is no such a thing as a transfer window anymore, that was only the first year of franchising. Teams are free to make whatever changes they want as long as it's after the roster lock for each tournament

Idk the exact date but probably somewhere between then and a day before champs starts
If you're saying this for an under 18 player they can be signed and listed on the roster before they turn 18, just not play

It seems that the day of transfer window closing is the week before the stage 2 playoffs start( likely first week of july 2025(, however the last day of active roster lock for champs is in october! Can someone help me understand the difference between this two?

There is a transfer window it opens 7th oct and runs all the way until 1 week before the regions stage 2 playoffs starts.

I see, fair enough. But if we're being honest that isn't really a transfer window. It's more of a roster lock for champs and a unified start date for teams to start announcing rosters in the off season. Cause right after champs teams can sign whoever they want just not register him which doesn't really matter if there isn't competition. Either way, I suppose you're right
