No, since last year there is no such thing as transfer window. Teams can change roster at any moment. The only thing there is is Tournament roster locks so you can't change player mid tournaments but that's it

I do think the contract of the players that are ending contract with their teams this year are all up early October (like the 7th or something like that) And that day teams can start making moves official but idk if anyone will it's not a deadline
