I would say:
1440p 240hz 27'' IPS/VA should be solid for you

It's actually pretty hard to recommend monitors as opposed to monitor specs since things vary a ton by region
I would avoid 27 inch 1080p at all cost, and even any 32 inch monitors, they are massive and usually are 4k (the only resolution where the pixel density is half decent) which means you will pay for a lower refresh rate
