Brazil is an interesting case as it has a different language and culture than it's neighbor countries. The USA and Canada share the same language and a similar culture. Obviously we are not the same, but there is nothing wrong with Canada being a proud member of NA. Same goes for USA. As for Chile and Argentina, they literally compete under the "latam" banner and have mixed rosters, so idk what ur on about.
