Because when he was at his lowest point of his career he got a second chance in Brazil, he lived here, played here, won here.
plus, unlike what the internet might make you think, brazillians are so friendly and nice people who live in "better" countries still choose to move here due to living happier lives.
It makes absolute sense that he would take up the half-BR identity after living here after 2 years

Why does somebody who moves to america and lives there for years stream in english, tweet in english, film videos in english? It's the main language he speaks day to day and the language he gained a audience through. Why wouldn't he be doing that? That doesnt mean he doesnt speak spanish with latam players, when he goes back to argentina.

Like the post #2 said, we are a type of people who are allways with the door open to another countries, diferent from some north contries, we accepet someone as being our Brazilian brother very easily.
Saadhack fanbase is Brazilian, and people here treath him as a Brazilian, so he just accepeted that.

It's not controversial, the connection he has with Brazil goes far beyond the game. He said thousand times that Brazil is the country which he managed to achieve practically everything he wanted to, as win a major world title, meet people he'll take with him for life, build a family, and he is ALSO a brazilian citizen.
He's an idol in Brazil's Valorant and most of his community is Brazilian, is something totally different from what he experienced before coming playing here.
Brazil will always be a priority for him as well Latam and he will always support the Brazilian Valorant scene.
