There's plenty of talent the problem is the leaders, they just can't seem to find a way to put it together and make it work. Something similar happens with Turkey

yes, the orgs may have a bad management but these players are young and no org have the garantee that they would perform in the big stage, some of them dont even have the age (18+) to play in vct, what would make even harder to them to get their visa
