Raze demans a amount of skill if you want to play like Neon, hours in the range or custom matches, training satchels.

In other hand, Neon demanded skill in the past, now is a dumb char, why?
In the past, Neon had 1 dash recoverble, a lower stamina, 2 stun with short stun duration and a high duration wall.

Now, 2 dash that is recoverble and u can shoot dashing, without recoil, like COD, longer stamina, 1 stun with longer duration, a low duration wall, AND THE MOST IMPORTANT, NO FUCKING DELAY TURNING.

With no delay turning, ever braindead can play her without losing speed, 0 training to play her.
