I did appeal.. I got someone called LoneWolf who closed my ticket with saying that it is only fair we don't revert the ban considering others who got banned 🙃

They closed his ticket. They are not unbanning him regardless of whether he comms abused or not. Hence, it's time to start a new account and to not do anything that would get him reported for comes abuse anymore.

Not necessarily, every ticket is responded by a random person, closing a ticket doesn't mean shit.

You have no idea how many tickets I've had the pleasure of having to make when they were randomly banning me, I've had a very similar experience to what op's describing and i wouldn't be so sure otherwise no?

Likely, or some retard on riot's support team woke up on the wrong side of his bed, saw a vc report and decided to fuck op over.

I assume whoever responded to the ticket only read the ticket and whatever description was given for the ban and i doubt he heard any audio himself.

I was getting random bans daily for being "detected afk" when i just wasn't, took me more than a year to finally get it solved and it was all riot-side

Send another ticket, riot support team is pure dogshit, eventually someone that wants to actually do their job will respond, it's rare but it's the only way if you want your account back, maybe try asking for the susp to become temporary?

I've had similar issues with riot's support team in the past and there's little room to reason with most of them, good luck
