as a Sen fan, he was not even close to being the best duelist in the world after 2021. he switched roles in late 2023. Some names that come to my mind of better Jett players when TenZ was on Jett: Aspas, Yay, Kangkang, Something, Buzz, Derke, Ardiis, etc...
