He doesn't have to build the team. Making a rookie team good and consistent shows he's a good coach because it's the hardest thing to do.

oh okay. Honestly, my first pick would be mini or sgares because of their map knowledge and how to approach the new maps. We always seem to struggle on new maps and consistently had mediocre map pool. But none of those mf wants to coach.
