best case scenario (imo) would be a final match between ultimates and joblife but to do that they would have to play very soon after the decision and likely make it only a bo1
both teams kinda screwed because they wouldnt be able to prepare much and would cut their practice for playoffs the next day

hmm interesting, I could've sworn it was today but I guess not. Yeah the timing is really bad, especially considering that whoever has this slot plays the first game. I think the most likely outcome will be to replay map 3 from MOUZ vs JL since jas' first DC. Since I think they would technically be changing the rules if they were to do a bo1 against TU which I don't think they would do

imo they should just let the coaches do a 1v1 in chess to decide who gets it

yesterday a player kept on dcing and joblife lost the series, had they won 2 more rounds they would have made playoffs
the player also dced midround twice in crucial rounds. In the rulebook it states that the team could've made a substitution. They requested a sub but were denied

I can see it going either way tbh, because the rulebook said only if they can't reconnect in time, which jas technically did, even if he went on to dc later

Well that’s that. I think they should amend the rules to allow subs for someone who disconnects more than once in the future though.

its really disappointing, they hold a tournament online even tho its the final 10 teams already and the rulebook allows for such a loophole

Not having the group stage in LAN, I'm not against it, cause you have to make 10 teams come to Berlin and that's a lot of money to cover like 80-90 people. But I really don't understand why only two games are on LAN this year, it makes no fucking sense.
