I think there are two possibilities:
- Aspas is scared of losing the goat title
- Aspas does want to win but has unknowingly developed this bad habit of throwing clutches and playing for stats. Like the coaching staff and his teammates don't mention the fact that he is playing the clutch wrong. Boostio once said (paraphrasing), if u are in a disadvantaged clutch you gotta just jump peek and go for the clutch otherwise you are not playing for the win.
