Be honest, Am I bad at aiming. Everygame I prioritize trying to stay alive and avoid trying to be aggressive but even then I don't think my k/d ration matches that. Its either in the red or doing just fine. If im completely honest I think I just got carried to this point
Honestly if you are prioritizing trying to stay alive. You might be playing to not lose instead of playing to win to the point on what you are trying to do avoid which is dying in this case is essentially what is happening to you.
You will not improve or get better at the game if you play like this in the long run, you will essentially just go thru the same issue from the simple fact of you arent trying to win you are just trying to not lose

Hurts to hear, but I won't lie that makes sense. Going at the pace where I am would make me hardstuck at some point soon. changing up how to approach is gonna take some time but thanks man
