I just feel like it will turn into a hot seat. Bad in one season? Out and never coming back because your rep is fucked. This is the exact reason tenz left from cs, he had one good shot at proving himself, wasn't good enough, got kicked and then never came back to tier 1

thats sadly just the volatility of a diverse esports scene, you have to prove yourself when you get the chance or someone else will take the chance to prove themselves, one you get the chance you cant underperform

But that could easily be avoided with a more structured tier 2 scene. That way being kicked from T1 isn't a fall from grace but rather a step in the other direction
