High FPS but it feels Laggy.

So i got an rtx 3060 ti and a ryzen 5 5600x:

I get like 250-310 fps on average but my game legit feels like 150 fps. I didnt changed shit, even if i play streched it feels laggy.
need help asap

100% i got it like 2 years and since couple months its laggy some days

  2. are your frames stuttering in frame graph? could have an unstable pc part or software

if your sensor or polling hz is cooked your mouse movements can feel bad even on high refresh hz but its a guess since you say its not your display settings or pc/software

is your desk and mouse sensor clean? sometimes I get cat hair on my mousepad and that fucks up my mouse sensor sometimes
