Is it against TOS to make a 2nd account?

I wanted to make a 2nd account here on vlr so that I could do different pickems, and also just have a better time on vlr without getting instantly downvoted and shit talked for just existing. I decided to make that 2nd account like a character of sorts but it got perma banned immediately after I made a post which had absolutely nothing against the TOS. Is it against the TOS of VLR or something? If it isn't then why was that account banned?

If it is against the TOS than I apologize and I will not attempt to make another account.

Site owners usually have IP data on every user so maybe they've blocked certain IPs? I have multiple accounts but never got banned. I only post on newest one though.

Please don't make/post on alts, the (bad) people that do make alts to come on here and just say racist things are enough of a headache as is

I'd also be willing to bet some of those same people's actions are why there have been other negative threads broadly stating "this site has fallen off" or some variation of that
