Is it still surreal to you that edg won champs? Idk its like the stuff in my dreams and now I just wake up thinking about how they're world champions. Now what though? More masters win?

well they are now celebrities in China, pathfinders you would say, they will be honoured there just like the US football team would be honoured for winning the World Cup. Now they will probably still be china's number one team but I think the general level of valorant china will skyrocket, maybe even it will become the strongest region

I hope the other chinese team see them and hard grind and try because they know its possible. Only then can the level of valorant be even higher. I believe next year will be insane.

yeah i rewatch and i just realized how insane the edg players were i swear everyone pulled out some type of insane clutch at some point. Chichoo was on fire and kk but smoggy nobody and s1mon had their moments.

they still only get 1st once, in a tournament where emeas first and second seed were irrelevant. weve seen plenty of times unlikely teams who then go on and win.
